We perform better when we imbibe the nothing-to-lose feeling. The "Do it right!" pressure tempts us to commit mistakes. Its time we over came this pressure-
Many a times, we don't wish to change because we are afraid that this change should have been brought earlier. There is an uneasy scary feeling in the anticipation of the questions like- "Why now? / I had told you before, you didn't listen? ", the others proving themselves to have been right.

It so happens that we tend to get blame more than the accolades. Due to this we are scared to bring a positive change in ourselves. Had there been more positivity around, we would never be afraid in admitting our mistakes.
